Thank you for your interest in McCord Hospital. As a private, not for profit organisation with a rich history in medical education and training, McCord is proud to offer quality placements to those interested in volunteering and who are pursing a career in the medical or healthcare profession.

At McCord our emphasis is on high-quality, meaningful opportunities that are both mutually beneficial, rewarding and enjoyable to both the volunteer /intern and the hospital. We therefore take great care to ensure all our volunteer and internship placements are carefully recruited and selected and only when there is a genuine need for their skills and assistance.
