2011 Focus Areas
1. Achieving Operational Excellence
•Build on operational improvements achieved in 2010
•Continue working on projects such as TRAK implementation, our cost efficiency drive and formalizing policies and protocols
2. Increasing Patient Numbers
•Finding innovative ways of increasing patient numbers and utilizing our existing capacity optimally
•Includes defining our Business Model and Operating Model
3. Learning, accountability & responsibility culture
•Establish a programme to weave learning into the workplace
•Develop performance management systems
4. Infrastructure renewal and expansion
•Complete planning process with architects
•Raise funding for renovations in the hospital
•Raise support for a future hospital re-build
5. Expand our circle of Strategic Partners
•Nurture existing partnerships with businesses and donors
•Engage with potential new alliance partners and donors
