Hospital Beds
We have an urgent appeal for funding support for new hospital beds. The new beds will enhance nursing care, as they can be moved up and down easily and allow the patient to sit up, or to have various parts of their body elevated to prevent thrombosis, counteract low blood pressure, and minimize post-operative pain. The head of the bed is also detachable, enabling emergency resuscitation.
The beds are valued at R15,000 each (US$2054. This is a great opportunity for your family, church group or business to get sponsor a hospital bed and make a huge difference to our staff and the many patients who will make use of it over the years.
